Here you will find articles that Miko Sensei
feels may help each of you on your path to martial arts excellence.
They are not required reading, but are left here for those hungry to
further learn the depths of which the traditional martial arts can
change you: physically, mentally, and spiritually.
These articles are broken into three
categories: For the Body, For the Mind, and For the Spirit. As you
progress down the list, the essence of each article becomes a little
more abstract, and a great deal more internal.
Read them once, or read them once a day, the
choice is yours. However, as with all things, the more often you
look, the more ways you learn to see. Remember, a true Warrior is
one who seeks to know all facets of the stone.
